Applications are now available for senior housing at Vista del Sol, a new 71-unit senior housing facility located at 1320 Webster Street in Redlands.  The facility is projected to open in February, 2010.

Housing Partners I, Inc. is the non-profit arm of the San Bernardino County Housing Authority and the developer of Vista del Sol.  The Redevelopment Agency assisted this project with a $4 million forgivable loan and has secured affordable units.  Of the 71 units, 42 units are for low-income seniors and 11 units for very low-income seniors. 

Beacon Management Company will have representatives available to take applications and answer questions every Tuesday and Thursday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Senior Center located at 111 W. Lugonia Street.  Applicants can also receive assistance by appointment by contacting Beacon Management at 909-793-4535 or housingintake@beaconpm.com.

An application to rent with guidelines and an informational flyer are attached and are also available at the Redevelopment Agency, 210 East Citrus Avenue.
